Skateboarding

Since the beginning of time, man has held a special fascination for wheels, especially wheels that could be used to make toys. Sometime in the early 1940's surfers in California needed a ride when the waves were flat and the skateboard was invented.

Bonibleaux Designs had other ideas for the use of the skateboard and gave us Skip SK8r and in turn, I am using him to provide inspiration for this month's sketch challenge at Dude Time Doodles. For more details, please visit Dude Time Doodles as well as my fellow Dudettes for more inspiration.

  8. This is such a fun card Tammy! I really like the brick background, a great touch. Thanks for visiting my blog and noticing my new furry boy. I lost my last Golden Sally in July unexpectedly, it broke my heart, needlessly to say. I am enjoying my new pal though, a very different kind of dog for me.
