Party Animals

Time for Heather's Headliners of Squigglefly to challenge you in the second part of our Color Challenge, this time, you are to use red and orange.  Lucky for me at the perfect moment, Janet Jones' new image, Party Animals, made its debut just in time to help me celebrate my twin granddaughter's sixth birthday as well!

The difference between the two cards may not be obvious to you but trust me, my granddaughters instantly recognized their card because one elephant is carrying two orange packages and a vanilla cake since it's one of the girl's favorite and the other elephant is carrying red packages and a chocolate cake because that's the other one's favorite!

So your challenge is to make a card using a Squigglefly image plus red and orange to win the second part of the Color Challenge. If you do not have a Squigglefly image, try one of their many freebies. And speaking of Squigglefly, are you aware there is a rewards program that gives you one free image for every $15.00 you spend. 9. Good thing I was drinking coffee and not wine when I looked at this post! Funny how those kids know those things isn't it. My grans can always spot those little personalization touches immediately.
Love the way you made the same card individual for your girls.

  10. Honestly, I'm stalling...from housework, making dinner, making cards...I'm so totally stalling!

But I love, love the dotty background here! Wow!

  16. This is just adorable Tammy. I thought the difference was the two colors in the background being reversed - never would have notice the difference in the present colors! LOL!

  19. Tammy- how neat that you made each card personalized for each granddaughter. I love how you raised the elephant's head to add more dimension too. Great job on both!

  20. These cards are super cute. I like the popped up part too.

I saw some of the differences, but not all of them. What your granddaughters do automatically, could be an observation game for me.
