You're Stinkin'
Yup, stinkin' alright, stinkin' fabulous, amazing, awesome, to name a few of the adjectives that appear on the inside of the card to remind the recipients that's what I think of them! The cute stamp set is Stinkin' Cute from Lawn Fawn and it's as close as I ever want to get to a skunk!

I Love You
Today's card I made to play along in the Lawnscaping Sending Love Challenge, use hearts or love sentiment. I think I have both requirements covered. To create my card I used the Scripty Sayings stamp set for the sentiment along with Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables, Hearts, Stitched Journaling Card, and Stitched Scalloped Borders Lawn Cuts. Hearts and love, perfect valentine!

Whale You Be Mine?
Just a quick fly by to let you know I am alive and well and survived the blizzard of 2016! According to the National Weather Service, it is the largest snowfall on record for our town since they started recording amounts. Well gee, that's great but could we go back to the normal dustings or a couple inches of snow at a time that we're used to!
Below is a picture of my picnic table taken around 10:30 yesterday morning, Saturday, January 23, 2016. We continued to have a steady snowfall well into the evening! With so much snow it was difficult for this senior with 3 beautiful senior goldens and one much smaller cockapoo to manage potty breaks. But I managed to clean a very small area for them and they were happy going outside one at a time to do what they had to and then making a mad dash back into the house. Henry, our silly cat, was totally fed up and ticked off so he spent his time doing what he does best, sleeping!
And now the clean up begins!

Have an Ice Day
Hello, hello! When I decided to take a blog break during the holidays, I hadn't planned on it lasting so long but it did! I'm back now and willing to go but I'm still lacking creativity! Our weather has been so up and down maybe that has something to do with my inability to design, or it could be sheer laziness!
I made today's card to enter the Lawnscaping Challenge - Winter Wonderland, a great source of inspiration. Stamps from Critters in the Arctic and Critters in the Snow sets were used along with the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables Lawn Cuts.

Joyful Wishes
Today I'm sharing the card I made for the current Lawnscaping Challenge: TAG IT! I used the Tag You're It Lawn Cut a little differently, I used it to fashion a window for a shaker card! I also used the Joy to the Woods stamp set and its coordinating Lawn Cuts to create a winter wonderland.

Hello You
Once again the busyness of life has gotten in the way of my creating, commenting and blogging. I've missed seeing all of your wonderful creations but I will be around to visit you soon. I did manage to create one card so that I could play along in the current Lawnscaping Challenge - Thinking of You. The layout of my card is not original but a combination of recent videos I've watched. To create my card I used Scripty Sayings, Birthday Tags, Petite Florals and Home Sweet Home stamp sets and the very pretty ink colors of Wild Rose, Cranberry, Lobster, Fresh Cut Grass and Celery Stick.

Trick or Treat
I made today's card so that I could play along in the Lawnscaping One Layer Challenge. To create the card I used Critters in Costume from Lawn Fawn and lots of distress ink and masking. Poor kitten, not only lost its mittens but also lost all of the candy it collected!

Love You Tons!
The current Lawnscaping Challenge is embossing. For today's card, I used an embossing folder for the card base and for the mommy elephant I used Critters in the Jungle stamp set and the baby elephant and sentiment is from the Love You Tons set.

Happy Summer
Time for me to play in the Lawnscaping Challenge - Sparkle and Shine. To create my card I used Tag You're It and Puffy Cloud Borders Lawn Cuts, and the super adorable Happy Summer stamp set, featuring ants and watermelon from Lawn Fawn! Every summer I have an ongoing war with black ants and at the moment, I'm ahead in the battle. I've discovered by sitting the cat's bowl of food in a dish filled with water, the ants cannot get to the food. However, if I place something on the counter that I plan to cook, all bets are off and an battalion of ants appear. My answer, no cooking, easy!

Snail Mail For You
Good Monday to you! I made my card today to enter the Lawnscaping Challenge - Calling all Critters sponsored by Ellen Hudson. To create my card I used Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables, Stitched Hillside Borders and Spring Showers Lawn Cuts. The Gleeful Gardens stamp set and it companion Lawn Cuts provided the critters and some of nature's handiwork! In this day and age of electronic communications, nothing replaces the personal touch of snail mail!

With Love and Sympathy
I wanted to play along with the latest Lawnscaping Challenge, Try a New Technique. Since I recently added Zig Clean Color Real Brushes to my stash, I thought I would try them out. Let me first tell you though that when it comes to watercolors, I am hopeless! Try as I might, I'm just never satisfied. To create today's card I used a mask to create the floral focal point and stamped it with Petite Florals and added a butterfly from the Critters in the 'Burbs stamp set and its companion Lawn Cuts. Lastly the sentiment is from Scripty Sayings. After creating my card, I feel more confident!

You Brighten My Life
Hello! Long time no posts! Last week was a busy time at my house and this week doesn't look much better! So thank you for stopping back!
I created today's card so I could play along with the Lawnscaping Challenge, a sketch. I used Lets Polka papers die cut with Spring Showers, Grassy Border, Sweater Weather and Critters in the 'Burbs Lawn Cuts. The pup is from the Critters in the 'Burbs stamp set and the sentiment is from the Life is Good stamp set.

Oh Beans
The current Lawnscaping Challenge is Dimension so to play along I first created a frame using a Cranberry Notecard cut with the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables. The kidney beans are actually jelly beans from the Eggstra Special Easter stamp set and cut with the matching Eggstra Special Easter Lawn Cuts. I cut two tags with the Tag, You're It Lawn Cut and inked one to match the beans then added a sentiment to the other tag with the Milo's ABCs stamps. I gotta tell you that by the time I was done making this card, I was craving a bowl of chili and I don't even like kidney beans!

Live Tweeting
My card today features stamps from the Simon Says Clear Stamps We're Expecting set. The idea came to me after watching a commercial of two birds watching kids eating vegetables. The sentiment I made using Milo's ABCs from Lawn Fawn.
