Rudbeckia

To create today's card, I merged Janey's Digi Designs' beautiful new release, Rudbeckia (a/k/a Black Eyed Susan), with Fall Word Art No. 01 by DesignerDigital before printing. The scribble lines are my personal works of art!

Love In A Mist

Today's card features Love In A Mist another incredible floral from Janey's Digi Designs! I have never seen this flower in real life, but I sure would like to! 

Dianthus, Burgundy and Vellum

For my card today I printed the beautiful Dianthus from Janey's Digi Designs on my all-time favorite, go-to Cryogen White cardstock from The PaperTemptress and colored it with watercolors! I cut out a window from RC 100# Burgundy cardstock that I used for the card base and replaced it with a piece of dry embossed Heavy Duty Clear Vellum.  Rather easy card to put together thanks to The PaperTempress and Janey's Digi Designs!

Pelargonium

Today's card features another beautiful floral from Janey's Digi Designs! The Pelargonium is more commonly called geranium!

Geum

Today's card features a portion of the beautiful Geum from Janey's Digi Designs! In hindsight, I should have used the entire flower and left the black vine die cut for another card! 

Aquilegia Flower

My card today features the beautiful Aquilegia Flower from Janey's Digi Designs! The Aquilegia is commonly known as a Columbine and comes in many different colors and sizes.

Kid Pan Head

Dr. Digi's House of Stamps' frustrated Kid Pan Head, is learning the hard way that mothers will be mothers when they catch their little boy red handed with his fist in the cookie jar or looking at daddy's X-rated Viewmaster reels! Tsk, tsk, tsk!

Forget-Me-Not

Today's card features Forget-Me-Not a lovely image from Janey's Digi Designs. 

Wind Flower

With the exception of the Bubblegum Pop Tones 65# cardstock tag, the card is made with Cryogen White cardstock from the PaperTemptress! A light misting of perfect pearls was applied to the background.  I colored the Wind Flowers from Janey's Digi Designs with gelatos and used different shades of yellow puffy paint for the center.  I've said it before and I'll say it again,  Cryogen White cardstock is perfect for any of your coloring needs! 

Hyacinth (1)

Are you able to smell Hyacinth (1) from Janey's Digi Designs? Maybe it's my overactive imagination but I certainly can! If you hurry, you can get 20% of this beauty as well as all of the other gorgeous creations at Janey's Digi Designs, but don't delay the sale ends at midnight (UK) time.

Daffodils

Seems like daffodils are popping up all over the internet such as the pretty Daffodils from Janey's Digi Stamps! Unfortunately, the daffodils in my backyard sprouted several weeks ago but cannot get warm enough to bloom!

Aquilegia Foliage

The delightful Aquilegia Foliage is from Janey's Dig Designs! I resized the digi twice and printed it directly on designer paper then added a little distress ink! Easy to create with and if you change the sentiment it could be used for different occasions or include the image along with floral embellishments.

Cyclamen

The beautiful Cyclamen from Janey's Digi Designs, is widely grown as a winter-flowering houseplant! Everywhere except at my house! Another victim succumbs to my black thumb! 

Daylily Beth

Even though I am the daughter and granddaughter of florists, I have a very black thumb! When we first moved into our home I was delighted to see daylilies blooming in our yard. Now twenty plus years and eight beautiful Golden Retrievers later, the daylillies still bloom each year! Unlike the Dropwort, when I started creating with Daylily Beth, named in honor of a gardening friend of Janey's Digi Designs, I knew the flower!

Dropwort

For today's card, I used the delicate Dropwort from Janey's Digi Designs. I must confess that in all my young years I've never heard of this beautiful flower and it doesn't seem to be available in my area. I'm curious if you reside in the United States do they grow where you live?

Fern

Today's card features Fern from Janey's Digi Designs. By flipping the image, I was able to create a frame for a sentiment.

Bleeding Heart

Today's card features the beautiful Bleeding Heart from Janey's Digi Designs which is an image suitable for any occasion or regardless of the weather! Please can spring sprung already?

How about some happy news? Meet Baby, a six year-old Golden Retriever whose former humans had to find a new home for her and guess where she's living?  If you guessed my house, you are absolutely correct and what a perfect addition to our family! 

Icelandic Poppy Seed Head

My card today features the airy Icelandic Poppy Seed Head from Janey's Digi Designs.  I never paid attention to what remains after the colorful petals of a flower had dropped but for sure, I will pay attention now! 

Red Hot Poker

I was so pleased to learn that my friend, Jane Clempson of Janey's Cards, decided to take her love of gardening one step further and open Janey's Digi Designs, featuring beautiful images of flowers found growing about her vast estate! But wait, the good news continues, she also started Janey's Digi Designs, a blog focusing on inspiration from her newly formed design team and yours truly was invited to participate! So I am very excited to share with you my first card showcasing the gorgeous Red Hot Poker, a vibrant colored flower that adds brilliance to any garden and a smile from the recipient! Salon Deirdery

Dr. Digi's House of Stamps' purple-headed wannabe bombshell Salon Deirdery is having a day at the spa with her pooch while her poor devoted husband, Derek Dunderton is home slaving away on his honey-do list, after he gets the housework done The final bill will be staggering and Salon Deirdery will look exactly like she did when she walked in except with newly polished finger and toenails and a fresh purple tint on her hair!
