Bearly Spring

Good morning and welcome to a new Squigglefly Challenge hosted this week by Holley's Hobbyists. The theme is Sunny Days, to play along add a sun shape on your card such as a die cut, pattern paper, button, brad, eyelet or as part of your image and be sure to use a Squigglefly image to be eligible to win!  For my card I used Bearly Spring by one of Squigglefly's new artists, Sandra Caldwell!

Squigglefly's family of artists is always growing! On July 5th, three new artists, Tam Hess, Norma Burnell, and Angela Charles, will join the fold and their images will be included in the new release. Also, as of today, Holley's Hobbyists has a new team member, please join me in welcoming Jen Leeflang and at the same time a sad farewell to Charlene Mitchell!

Nessie

Dr. Digi's House of Stamps is world renowned for his funny and outlandish citizens, but the good doctor also has images suitable for the wee folks such as Nessie! One word of warning however, don't let Nessie's sweet demure look fool you, underneath that shy smile is a man eater and for goodness sake, don't tell the kids!

Beach Babe

When I spotted the Art Impressions stamp set that contained this stamp at Michael's, I stood in the aisle and laughed out loud AND then whipped out my 40% off coupon and headed to the register!  What a score! I'm entering this stunning beach babe in the AI Inspiration Sequin Challenge, I think she's a hoot and she just makes me giggle!

Weighty Wendy

It's been a while since I last created with one of the super fun Wrinklies from Just Inklined! So for today's card I used the super strong Weighty Wendy to create a birthday reminder that a birthday suit does wrinkle!

Vellum and Copics

I love using vellum on my cards and I especially like using Heavy Duty Clear Vellum from the Papertress.com.  For my card today I white embossed the front of the vellum and then I colored the back of the vellum with copics.  All that was left to do was to adhere the vellum to Pop Tones 100# Cotton Candy cardstock from the PaperTemptress.com!

Reach for the Stars

My card today features one of the sentiments from the Lucky Stars stamp set and Trim a Tree - Lawn Cuts from the Lawn Fawn.  I plan to enter my card in the Lawnscaping Challenge Stars and Strips.  I think all of us need to be reminded from time to time to reach for the stars!

Wired for Sound

So look who is headed out for a little exercise on her skates!  None other than Wired for Sound from Dr. Digi's House of Stamps, all decked out in an outlandish neon outfit, (nobody's going to miss seeing her), while be-booping to her favorite music, and sporting a sentiment from Funny Sentiments Sheet 02! If you ask me, I think she needs a really big pillow tied on her backside, not to protect her bum, but to protect the sidewalk when she hits it!

Bath Time

My card today features a new Just Inklined image, Bath Time! It might be my imagination, but I think I smell soap! 

You're Berry Special

Today's card features stamps found in the Kitchen Gadgets 2 and Tooty Fruity sets from The Alley Way Stamps!  I'm a happy camper when I get to play! 

Archaeologist

Bundle of Joy

My card today features another fun image, Bundle of Joy, from the ever-so humorous Dr. Digi's House of Stamps! It just goes to show you that some days, all you can do is wine!  

I'd like to take a minute and wish Dr. Digi's House of Stamps a very Happy 2nd Birthday! I've been so fortunate to be part of the team and wish the good Doc, many more very Happy Birthdays and please keep the humor coming! 

Garden Bench

Today's card features Garden Bench from Just Inklined.  We've had so many days of rain, its hard to imagine sitting outside without getting wet!

Totally Inspired

In case you are wondering, I was totally inspired by the gorgeous card that Julie Ebersole posted for The Classroom, why change perfection! The only difference in our cards is I used Heavenly White cardstock as the base with similar colors of Pop Tones 65# cardstock from the PaperTemptress.com, a different die and sentiment!

Happy 4th

I thought I'd play along with the new BE Inspired Challenge! Today's card features elements from different stamp sets from The Alley Way Stamps, Jibber-Jabber, Tag Alongs, Birds of a Feathers, and Nap Time.

Got Talent

Dr. Digi's House of Stamps has done it again with the new release Got Talent! You're a winner in my book but the panel of judges, not so much!

Retired

Yesterday a good friend of mine spent his last official day of employment saying farewell to countless friends and co-workers.  To help cheer him up, I sent him a card to remind him that retirement is all about fun and lazy days!

Today's thank you card features stamps from Home Sweet Home from Lawn Fawn and three of their dies, Grassy Border, Spring Showers, and Tag, You're It! The current Lawnscaping Challenge is heat or dry embossing so I thought I'd play along!
