Patchwork Apple


Tomorrow is the first day of school in our area. Coincidentally, Holley's Hobbyists are hosting this week's challenge at Squigglefly and there are two choices for the theme, School or Fall! I paper pieced Patchwork Apple by Squigglefly's artist, Fawn Palmer, for my card and if the mailman cooperates, it will be in the mailbox waiting for my twin-granddaughters when they arrive home from their first day of first grade!

Now it is your turn to show us your School of Fall card. Remember, to win the challenge, you must use a Squigglefly image and if you don't have one, try one of their freebies!

    What a neat idea. Our kids have one more week left of the school holidays. I'll be sorry to see them go back, makes me feel older each new year they go back. :-(
