For Your Birthday is one of the new images from Squigglefly by Fawn Palmer. This sweet little gal also comes with two sentiments that are tucked inside my card. Squigglefly's challenge this week is hosted by Holley's Hobbyists and the object of the challenge is to use Three Layers on your card. To play along be sure to use a Squigglefly image to be eligible to win. If you don't have a Squigglefly image, check out their freebies! And for goodness sake, don't eat the cupcake she is handing you! She made the cupcakes herself and the directions on the box said two eggs so she dropped two eggs, shell and all into the batter. What? If I don't cook or bake, why would you expect the image on my card to do things any differently!
WHAT!!! Shells aren't part of the recipe??? All these years I've been doing it wrong.

ReplyDeleteReally pretty card. Your colouring is perfect. Your little tale reminded me of the first time I baked with my son, he just smashed the entire egg into the bowl and then turned the beater onto full speed. :D

ReplyDeleteoh she's just playing a trick on you - she gives you one with egg shells so you only think there are shells in all of them and you won't eat them - that leaves more cupcakes for her! I love your coloring on this Tammy. Very cute layout too with the angled piece being tied with a bow!
