Pretty Paper
It was love at first sight when I saw this paper. Truthfully, using it for a card doe not do it justice. Oh come on, you know you're guilty of buying paper that isn't scaled for a card but you buy it anyway because you like it and there really, truly is some impulse that drives you mad when you see paper (or anything for that matter) until have it, especially in the crafting world. Admit it and you will be halfway to curing your obsession. I do not plan on admitting anything because I do not wish to be cured, I love my addiction. I am only admitting this paper would be beautiful wallpaper.

You are right Tammy. It is a pretty harmless obsession to have isn't it?
ReplyDeleteThat's what I tell myself when I do a stock take anyway.
Feeling very virtuous right now as I am cleaning up my scrap paper box.
I agree, it would make beautiful wall paper :).
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card and the paper matches so perfectly with this image.
Stunning paper! Beautiful card, Tammy!
ReplyDeleteStunning card Tammy and you're so right! My take on it is I don't drink or smoke and both of them would cost me waaaayyyy more than sheet of pretty paper and also it's not gonna harm my health (well unless I have a paper mountain slide - LOL). x
ReplyDeleteYou've made a beautiful card with this lovely paper Tammy...one of my goals for 2011 is to make a dent in my scrap paper draw...I could probably make cards for a year and not run out!
ReplyDeleteLovely card, the backing paper is lovely and a great colour too
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely guilty!! I have this same paper and have yet to use it. I love what you did with it. Perfect stamp, lovely card ~jeni :)
ReplyDeleteWow, that really is gorgeous paper and I love how you accented it with the additional stamped bird in cage. My son's Chinese wife would drool for this lovely Asian paper.

I do the same thing, and I think you made this paper that's "not scaled for a card" work perfectly!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card and paper! Congrats on being able to cut it up!
