Holiday Sweets
I have tons of Christmas decorations -- waiting to be lugged down from the attic. I did manage to fill a mug with candy canes and a few holiday greens that sits on my kitchen countertop. Because of its smooth sides, the mice have not figured out how to climb it, until they do, they are about the only thing in my house that is off limits to the mice. However, I did hear some strange noises last night that I am convinced were the carpenter mice (well, there are carpenter ants and bees, so why not carpenter mice) trying to build a ladder using toothpicks. So for now, the candy canes are safe. Go ahead and have one!

This is great Tammy, I do not envy you the mice. Horrid things only beaten by rats but for us the resident night birds and Mama python do a pretty good job.
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely Christmas , won't you?
That's a neat card. Did you use Vellum to give the illusion of glass?
