Happy First Day of Fall - NOT!

Okay, so I am not a fan of cooler weather which leads to being totally cold, dreary and  dark. Hate it, hate it, hate it.  Oh sure, the vibrant colors of the changing leaves on the trees is breathtaking, but at my age, I prefer to keep each and every one of my breaths for myself. To add to my distress, all those beautiful leaves are about to land in my yard.  Next thing you know we will be singing jingle bells and baking Christmas cookies -- well some of us will be baking cookies, others will put on a pitiful face and look sad until someone chips in a few tasty morsels (hint). To make matters worse, its full moon tonight so before I start howling, best to stop here and share a Fall card, at least I won't have to rake these leaves.
