Dr. Digi's House of Stamps' newest addition to the store,
The Goon From the Lagoon! Not many people are aware of them since they live underwater but their mission in life is to remove bait from dangling hooks then give a little tug so that the fisherman thinks he's caught a fish and reels in his empty line, thus another whopper is born about the one that got away!
