Surfin' Santa

If you've been following my blog for long, you know that I am a huge, huge Santa fan and I do handstands trying to let him know each Christmas what a good kid I've been so he leaves me loads of presents.  I noted yesterday that Christmas is a mere seven months away so I thought it would be a good time to check in with the dear man. With the help of my much older brother's 'Romper Room Magic Mirror' that he left behind when he started college, I was able to locate Dr. Digi's House of Stamps' robust Surfin' Santa as he was preparing to do a little surfing in the Arctic Ocean while his beloved team of reindeer played their games! As you might guess, Santa waved at me and I heard him exclaim as he paddled into the surf,  "DAMN the water's cold!"

  6. Thanks for that Tammy - seven months. Now I know what Santa does in the off season. Your card gave me a giggle this evening and you know if that Santa was on our local beaches he would blend right in!

  7. Julie is right. I thought I saw him on the Boulevard tonight, but I wasn't sure. Now I know!

Not only hilarious Tammy, but ever so well done! Love the reindeer leaping through the trees. Leaving the little piece of ear hanging off the paper looks perfect.

  10. You're a riot!! I don't have to tell you that though and the Romper Room! OMG...got so excited one time when she had that crazy thing up to her face and said, "I see Lisa..." You never saw a kid so excited. I'm a believer!! ;)
Your card is fantastic Tammy. Love the beach Santa scenario with the rascally reindeer playing games and of course his exclamation to entering the water had me on the floor!!
Thanks for the morning chuckles and ALSO, you are so sweet to comment on everyone's post about using metals. That was so nice to see your support on everyone's blog. :)
    hugs to you,
