Recently I have found myself wrapping my arms arounds my beautiful goldens many times seeking comfort after losing two very dear friends within ten days of each other and My Doggie from Squigglefly's wonderfully talented artist, Lynne Stansbery, seemed to convey my feelings. Tammy this is a really sweet card. I love the little heart with the little blue bow you added to the sentiment. Your coloring is nothing short of phenomenal. I am glad you've had your pups to hug during this hard time.

Wow Tammy - I am sooo sorry for your loss of two friends. What a tough thing to face. I wish I could give you a hug myself. This image is perfect for what you have been through. Your coloring and papers are wonderful too - you brought the image to life with the colors. I did the same image but didn't color it - I love both our cards. Hugz - extra ones today (and tomorrow too).

ReplyDeleteThe sweetest image and so beautifully colored. I could see many uses for this image and sentiment. The loss of a friend can be as devastating as losing a family member. You know how they say friends are the family you choose yourself. Bad things shouldn't happen to good people. I'm so sorry, Tammy.
ReplyDeleteOh Tammy, I'm so sorry - I had no idea, what a sad loss as they truly are the most special gifts we can give ourselves. And would you believe I just finished reading Marley to my son!! We started it last week and through tears and runny noses, we finally made it to the end about an hour ago. How incredibly coincidental I see your post tonight!
