Silhouette Congrats

Can You Digi It is starting a new challenge today, Where's the Color?  I combined Silhouette Congrats with a background stamp of musical notes to make this sweet card for a happy couple. You have two weeks to enter your creation for Where's the Color and you might be the winner of a $10 gift certificate to the Can You Digi It store!
