Oh dear, poor Aubery Bumblethope from Dr. Digi's House of Cards was so looking forward to a nice long bike ride this weekend to keep from doing the long list of chores his wife prepared for him! Doesn't look like he'll be going anywhere until he figures out how to put the tire back on his bike! Wonder why he does't ask the Mrs., she took if off!

I made my card today to enter into the Lawnscaping Challenge: Critters Galore! I used the Sweater Weather Paper Pack, the Small Stitched Rectangle Stackables Lawn Cuts, Speech Bubble Border Lawn Cuts, and stamps from the Sweater Weather set with their companion Lawn Cuts to create the trees and background before covering with vellum. The critters are from Critters in the Arctic and Critters in the 'Burbs and the sentiment is from Sweater Weather all from Lawn Fawn!

Welcome to a new Squigglefly Challenge hosted this week by Holley's Hobbyists. The challenge is to pick a color, orange, black or purple, it doesn't have to be any particular theme as long as you use either orange, black or purple as your main color. For my card I used the amazing Fairy Wren Mermaid by Squigglefly artist, Norma Burnell. Be sure to use a Squigglefly image to be eligible to win and then pick a color, orange, black or purple!

If I could, I would hum the theme song to Rocky, da da daa, but probably just the mere mention of it is enough to drive you bonkers the rest of the day hearing it inside your head! So sorry! Dr. Digi's House of Stamps is releasing this muscle-bound he-man today and Rocky is his name! But admit it, Tommy or Teddy just wouldn't do!
Just so you know, I'll be hit or miss this week! I am so excited and pleased to share with you the wonderful and exciting time I am in for. My good blog buddy and friend, Lynn Hayes, of Lynn's Creative Crafts is coming all the way from Texas to my house for a week! Lynn and I have been online friends for a long time but we've never met in person! Action packed and crafting times ahead! Welcome to Pennsylvania Texas Lynn!

Leave it to Dr. Digi's House of Stamps to give a poke to knights so brave as to take on a dragon! Hard Days Knight is such a brave nobleman, to bad the neighborhood kids didn't admit to using his lance to practice pole vaults until it cracked!

My granddaughters, the twins, recently started back to school so I made them each a little card to help send them on their way and included a little cash for school supplies! Their baby sister, gets to spend home alone time with their mommy so she needed a little cash too! Of course glam-ma (that's me) needed a little cash too get the necessary supplies from Simon Says Stamp to make the cards! Isn't glam-ma smart!

My card today features stamps from Lawn Fawn's Monster Mash, Critters in the 'Burbs and then used its companion Critters in the 'Burbs Lawn Cuts to remove the tree from the front so I could stamp it on the inside of the card. I am going to enter my card in the Lawnscaping Challenge - One Layer.

Careful, watch your step Lagerfest Lottie, your vision may be impaired by the heavy load you are carrying and it would be a shame to spill all the ale! Dr. Digi's House of Stamps must have been very thirsty when he created you!

Welcome to the first Scrapy Land Challenge! The theme of the first challenge is Anything Goes using one or more dies of the brands that Scrapy Land carries! For my card I used the beautiful Die-Namites Rosy Rose die cut from white cardstock and placed over rose glitter paper and then I used the Large Marianna Vine Background die from Poppystamps for the leaves on more glitter paper. The die cuts were arranged on scored vellum with an embossed sentiment before adhering to black cardstock and finally onto a card! Now it's your turn to join the challenge! Please visit the Scrapy Land Challenge for all the details and see all the lovely creations from the rest of the design team!
